How to place an order?

Message us on Instagram and select your package.

Confirm your order by making payment via PayPal or Credit/Debit card on our website.

Select videos from our Instagram page and send details via email (we will provide our email address once you confirm your order).

We will prepare and send videos via email within 24-72 hours of your email.

Can you do custom animation for me? (Create animation/video as per my requirement)
No, we don’t do that. You can select any videos available on our Instagram account and you get exactly the same videos with your logo instead.
Can you change anything in the video apart from the logo?
If necessary, we can only change color in some videos but you need to mention that when sending details via email. (Note: not all videos support/allow to change the color)
How do you accept payment?
You can pay by PayPal or credit/debit card on our website. (Payment will be accepted by these two options only)
We accept payment in any currency like USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, etc.
How long does it take to create my videos?
After the payment and details are received via email, we need 24-72 hours to prepare it.
Do I own the videos? Can I use that on websites and social media like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok?
Yes you own the videos for lifetime; we will send videos in MP4 format via email. You can use that on websites, social media, and all platforms where mp4 video is acceptable.
Can you edit our existing logo?
No, we can’t edit your existing logo, only your logo designer who has the editable file can do that.
Do you create new logo?
We have collaboration with the Logo Designer. You can send them a message on mentioned Instagram account, to discuss more details about your project and pricing.
